Premium Services Terms | AI Reality Check

Scope

These Premium Services Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of AI Reality Check Premium Analysis and related paid services ("Premium Services"). The brand operator is InfoWebPlus. Payments for Premium Services are processed via Stripe; the billing entity is Uphold S.R.L. These Terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and the general Terms & Conditions, these Premium Services Terms prevail with respect to Premium Services.

Services

Premium Services include, but are not limited to: personalized Premium Analysis reports, additional strategic insights, and any other paid offerings described at the time of purchase. The exact deliverables for your purchase will be confirmed in your order confirmation and delivery communications.

Payment

All fees are due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe; the billing entity is Uphold S.R.L. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or similar charges in your jurisdiction.

Delivery

Premium deliverables (e.g. PDF reports) are typically delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed; we will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that our messages are not filtered as spam.

Refunds and Cancellation

Refund policy is as stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. Generally, we do not offer refunds once delivery of digital Premium Services has been completed. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact InfoWebPlus (brand operator) at info@infowebplus.com with your order details.

Use of Premium Content

Premium reports and materials are for your internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the Premium Services or any derivatives without prior written consent from InfoWebPlus (the brand operator).
