Use of Service

AI Reality Check is a diagnostic tool operated by InfoWebPlus. By using this service, you agree to use it for its intended purpose and in accordance with these terms.

Data & Privacy

We do not require login or registration to use the diagnostic tool. Any data collected during your diagnostic session is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly request a premium insight service.

Premium Services

Premium insight services are operated by InfoWebPlus. Payments for Premium Services are processed via Stripe; the billing entity is Uphold S.R.L. Separate Premium Services Terms apply to premium services.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of AI Reality Check are the property of InfoWebPlus (the brand operator). You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this service without permission.

Influencer & Referral Program Terms

InfoWebPlus (the brand operator) operates an invitation-only influencer and referral program for Premium Analysis purchases. Payments are processed via Stripe; the billing entity for those purchases is Uphold S.R.L.

Participation

Participation in the influencer and referral program is by invitation only. Influencers are curated partners selected by InfoWebPlus. The program is not open to public affiliates or general registration.

Referral Codes

Referral codes apply exclusively to Premium Analysis purchases. The free AI Reality Check diagnostic remains fully free and is not affected by referral codes. Referral codes do not require login or registration to use.

Discounts & Commissions

Discount and commission percentages are configurable by InfoWebPlus and may be modified or revoked at any time. Commission is calculated on net revenue, excluding VAT and Stripe payment processing fees. Commission percentages are tiered based on lifetime referral performance and are applied automatically.

Payouts

Commission payouts are processed manually during the initial phase of the program. InfoWebPlus reserves the right to modify payout schedules and methods at its discretion.

Attribution Window

Referral attribution is valid for 30 days from the initial referral visit. Purchases made within this window will be attributed to the referring influencer.

Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals, misleading promotion, fraudulent activity, or any attempt to game the referral system is strictly prohibited. InfoWebPlus reserves the right to disable referral codes, terminate influencer accounts, and withhold commissions for violations of these terms.

Program Modifications

InfoWebPlus reserves the right to modify commission tiers, disable referral codes, terminate influencer accounts, or modify program terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to commission percentages will not apply retroactively to past purchases.
